Who I work with
-
Over the years, I’ve worked with people navigating a wide range of experiences and mental health concerns. Below, you will find some of the diagnoses that commonly show up in my practice.
A caveat:
With social media and increased public conversation around therapy, many people are finding relief in being able to name and label their experiences. This awareness has sparked meaningful conversations and, in many cases, reduced the shame and self-judgment that people often carry.
At the same time, labels—whether diagnoses or symptom categories—can create limiting boxes, narrowing the ways we imagine ourselves and what we believe we are capable of. In therapy, I help clients differentiate between a label and their full, evolving potential, supporting the discovery of what is possible beyond any single category.
