Space for doing and being

Thoughtful therapy for New Yorkers navigating life’s complexity.

About me

With more than a decade of experience as a therapist—and later as clinical director of a program for people with eating disorders—I bring deep experience supporting individuals as they build practices that honor their bodies, heal their relationship with food, cultivate peace and belonging, and engage more fully in lives worth living.

Working alongside this diverse, tenacious, and deeply thoughtful group of people has reinforced what I hold as a core belief: healing is possible. Though it often unfolds gradually and in ways that cannot be rushed.

I work with adults and adolescents (15+), as well as families and couples, in New York City. People come to therapy for many reasons—sometimes with a specific concern, and sometimes with a more general sense that something isn’t working or feels unsustainable. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear story to start therapy. We can figure things out together.

People with eating disorders rarely fall under a single diagnostic umbrella. While this work has deeply informed my clinical approach, my practice extends to individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. Please see Who I work with, for more information.

Free Consultation Call (~15 min)

Free

A brief call to answer your questions, review logistics, and get a “view from above” of what brings you—or your loved one—to therapy. This conversation is an opportunity for both of us to ask questions and assess fit. If you’re reaching out on behalf of someone else, I can offer a consultation with both of you together or separately.

Individual Therapy (50 min)

$250

My work is rooted in the power of compassionate, honest relationships. We’ll explore what matters most to you and let that guide us. Healing can get messy, but it’s guaranteed to be meaningful—and you won’t have to do it alone. I bring plenty of nonjudgment (and a bit of humor) along the way.

I take an integrative, evidence-based approach grounded in curiosity, humility, nonjudgment, and a framework that considers how relationships, culture, and systems shape your experience. Together we create a space for authenticity, connection, and healing, to support you in living a fuller, more connected life.

Caregiver Support (50-60 min)

$250-$300

Caring about someone who is struggling with an eating disorder can be frightening, exhausting, and isolating. Many caregivers and loved ones find themselves caught between concern, confusion, and a desire to help, not knowing what will actually make things better.

I work with parents, partners, and other loved ones of individuals with eating disorders to provide support, education, and space to think together about how best to respond. This work is about understanding the illness, reducing unhelpful patterns, and supporting both the person struggling and those who care about them, without judgment or blame.

Family/Couples Therapy (60 min)

$300

I also offer services for families and couples who are meeting all types of challenges, the support I offer is not limited to families coping with eating disorders.

With adolescents, collaboration with families is thoughtful, developmentally informed, and attentive to issues of privacy and trust.

I can also collaborate with pre-existing teams looking to add a family therapy component.
