Core commitments

A private, accessible, and protected space — Time and space free from distractions and interruptions, where you can bring your full self.

Collaboration and Autonomy — I work to help you animate your power to make choices that reflect your values and priorities. Together, we cultivate your agency so you can express yourself fully and live in alignment with what matters most to you.

Compassion, Empathy, and Validation — Validation doesn’t mean agreeing with everything you say; it means beginning from the understanding that your feelings are real and they matter.

Commitment to Curiosity — I approach our work with openness and genuine interest, guided by questions rather than assumptions.

Attention to Power and Context — Our work considers the impact of power dynamics, systems, structures, ancestry, and histories that shape your experience both in life, and in therapy. Care rooted in anti-racism, trauma-awareness and grounded in consent.

Inclusivity and nonjudgment — LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodiversity-affirming. All bodies — including bodies of size and disabled bodies — have a right to dignity, care, and respect.

Mind–Body Connection — We create space to explore the relationship between your body and mind, developing awareness of how they communicate and inform one another.

Honest and Transparent Communication — I share observations, feedback, and reflections respectfully and without judgment, so our work remains grounded in clarity and mutual understanding.

Reciprocal Accountability — Accountability is a shared process. If a rupture occurs in our work, I commit to understanding and repairing it. Repair begins with taking responsibility for one’s part, creating room for trust and growth.
