I do not accept insurance. Choosing not to work with insurance allows me to devote the majority of my time and attention to providing thoughtful, grounded, and responsive care. Without the constraints of a specific insurance plan, we have the freedom to shape therapy that is truly individualized and person-centered, at a pace that supports long-term well-being rather than short-term, checkbox-driven outcomes.

Yes. A portion of my practice is reserved for sliding scale clients. I offer three tiers of payment, ranging from $100 per session to the full fee, based on current availability and individual financial circumstances. Please reach out to inquire about openings and to learn more.
